Nancy Rink's new GREENHOUSE GARDEN collection began with the unique collage print. "When I first submitted the collage concept I was longing for spring. I wanted it to feel like one was looking from the outside into a greenhouse, with its lush greenery and blooming flowers. The Marcus design team truly brought this vision to life. The collage style fabric is replete with lovely florals, geometrics, and textures. In fact, the companion prints in the collection were pulled from the collage 'fills' and the entire grouping was colored in a soothing palette of green, teal, aqua, and yellow." Greenhouse Garden was the perfect collection for Nancy's 10-part Color Collage BOM quilt. While working on new solid colors for Amish with a Twist V, she realized that several of these worked beautifully with Greenhouse Garden. "After a bit of EQ play, the prints and solids came together in a vibrant mix of color, texture and pattern. Finally, I couldn't help but add a bit of my signature opposite-corners applique to fancy the quilt up a little bit more," Nancy explained.
