ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction with your shopping experience and the product you've purchased on our website, or by phone, is our primary concern. The Quilters Studio makes every effort to offer only the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product you have received, you may return an item for a refund or replacement within 10 days of purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them. There is a 15% re-stocking fee, that is not negotiable.
We will credit you for the cost of the item (shipping and re-stocking not included). If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will show on your credit card billing statement when processed. If you paid by check, a store credit will be held in the store database for your use. When you need to return an item, please contact us first for authorization. When you return an item, please include a copy of the original sales receipt and indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return as we will not and cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns/packages. We do not pay or reimburse for postage on returns and we do not accept returns sent "postage due".
Purchase of all Sewing Machines are considered final and cannot be returned. A reminder that the warranty is held by the manufacturer so any issue must be confirmed by the manufacturer before your warranty repair is authorized.
Thank you for your interest in enrolling in our classes. We take pride in the variety and quality of our classes and the caliber of our instructors. In the event you need to cancel your enrollment in one of our classes, your fee will be placed into your TQS store account for your use in the store only, for any cancellation. Please note, we make a commitment to our instructors when our supply lists are emailed therefore, there are no refunds or transfers allowed when the supply list is emailed to the group. In the event you sign up for a class after the initial sending of the supply list, you may not cancel or transfer your registration from the date of sign-up.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to copyright issues, books and patterns are not returnable! Sale and clearance items are not returnable. The following items are also NOT returnable:
- Items that were shipped directly from Manufacturer
- Gifts Cards
- Downloaded Patterns, Designs or any computer media
- Cut yardage, including pre-cuts and kits
- All Theads
REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES
If you received a damaged or defective item and need to replace it with the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 703.261.6366, Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 PM EST. Do not return the item as a return.
When making an exchange, your return refund will automatically be calculated and applied to your exchanged order. We'll mail your exchanged item with standard shipping. You will need to return the original item to our store within 10 days. If the exchange order total, including shipping, is more than the refund, please provide us with your credit card information so that we can complete the sale. In the event the total is less than your refund, you'll receive a refund to your original form of payment after we are in receipt of the returned product.
If you receive the wrong item, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 703.261.6366, Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, EST. Do not return the item. We will do all that we can to correct our mistake; we apologize for any inconvenience. The photographs provided on our website are as provided by the manufacturer. The Quilters Studio will not be responsible for any issue arising from a photographic interpretation. Batiks are hand-printed or hand-painted and as such are different along the entire length of the fabric, therefore photographs can only represent a small portion of the yardage potentially cut.
