Square Quilting Ruler 12 1/2 inch

Photographs are a useful guide in purchasing your fabric.  All of our photographs are as provided by the manufacturer.  The Quilters Studio will not be held responsible for any issue in your selection based on the photograph provided.

We tear our fabric, thereby ensuring that you receive a selvedge to selvedge cut of what you ordered.  If you would prefer to have us cut your selections, you will need to direct us to do so.  We do recommend that you launder your fabric before cutting it for your project.  Laundering your fabric is more to eliminate the chemicals and inert dyes that are inherent to any fabric manufactured, thereby easing your use of the product.

Use the easy-to-read black numbers and the 1/4 inch grip sides to cut whole inches.  The 1/4 inch dashed lines printed on two adjoining sides aid in trimming seam allowances.  Use the patented turn-a-round feature, designated by the easy to read, numerical white numbers and the 1/2 inch grip sides to add the 1/2 inch seam allowance.  The ruler slides easily over the fabric until pressure is applied.   A 45-degree angle is printed in black and is used to trim half-square triangles to size.  While horizontal and vertical lines are printed on the square so the center of the ruler is easily distinguishable.  Use these lines to square up blocks based on four-patches or embroidered and appliqued blocks.
