This is a 9-month Block of the Month featuring Vibe, a blender line from QT Fabrics. Great technique driven program using bright fabrics. This fee is your registration fee to enroll in the Dazzle BOM. Each of the 9 months, you will be charged for the fabric provided each month for the program plus you will be paying for the pattern.
